The OWL supports the the students
and faculty of the University of Florida by offering online consultion
in the area of academic and professional writing. For questions
about papers that
you
are writing for class or preparing for publication use this writing lab
to get one-on-one
help. We
address virtually every area of composition:
- Basic grammar and
mechanics
- Preparation of manuscripts for journal submissions
- Report and essay organization, style, and argument
- Audience analysis
Send us your question (the more
specific the better) and your document or pertinent excerpt from it,
and a writing specialist will review your question and submitted
material and respond to you by e-mail.
The Online Writing Lab is hosted
by the Dial Center for Written and
Oral Communication.
